A. What information do we collect?
We collect information from you when you register on our site or fill out a form. We may also collect any of the information via automated means such as cookies.
When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your personal information. The financial information will be solely used for billing you for the service you requested, If you purchase by credit card, the information may be forwarded to your credit card provider.

- When an account get cancelled (voluntarily or involuntarily) all personal information is store on our database will be change to inactive (account status will change to Cancel). Cancel account does not mean that your information will be deleted from our database. We retain the information and use it to comply with our federal and state legal obligation, help us resolve dispute, or enforce our TOS (The Term and Condition which you have agreed to as the guideline for us to conduct business when you signed up with us).

(Examples of such disclosure is your cPanel access and control panel, wherein information will be shared to facilitate your use of additional amenities within your hosting account.)
If a third party providing services on our behalf processes your Personal Data in a manner that violates Privacy Shield Principles, the third party is liable for damages unless it is proven that WoomHost is responsible for the event giving rise to the violation.
The Federal Trade Commission has jurisdiction over WoomHost’s compliance with this Policy, the EU-US Privacy Shield Framework.
E. Confidentiality and Security of Nonpublic Personal Information
Except as otherwise described in this notice, we restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to employees of our firm and other parties who must use that information to provide services to you. Their right to further disclose and use the information is limited by the policies of our firm, applicable law, our Code of Professional Conduct, and nondisclosure agreements where appropriate. We also maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards in compliance with applicable laws and regulations to guard your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, or premature destruction.

In compliance with the EU-US Privacy Shield Principles, WoomHost commits to respond to inquiries and resolve complaints about your privacy and our collection or use of your Personal Data. Note that you have the right to access, correct or delete your Personal Data. Any European Union citizen with inquiries or complaints regarding this Policy and/or his or her Personal Data should first contact WoomHost.
If we have not been able to satisfactorily resolve your question or complaint regarding our privacy practices, you may raise your concern to the attention of your EU data protection authorities (“DPAs”). The DPAs will establish a panel to investigate and resolve complaints brought under the Privacy Shield and WoomHost will cooperate with this panel. Furthermore, WoomHost will comply with the advice given by data protection authorities and take necessary steps to remediate any non-compliance with the Privacy Shield Principles.
As a last resort, privacy complaints that remain unresolved after pursuing these and other channels may be subject to binding arbitration before the Privacy Shield Panel to be created jointly by the US Department of Commerce and the European Commission.
